Pricing & Rates
Transparent, straightforward pricing
Aguise Supportive Living offers affordable, clear rates for a comfortable, safe home environment. Our pricing is simple—no hidden fees. Fees are prorated based on move-in date. A security deposit of $175 is required to reserve a bed.

Rules & Expectations
Aguise Supportive Living: House Rules & Resident Responsibilities
To ensure safety, comfort, and dignity for every resident, all members of our community agree to follow these important guidelines. Please read carefully and acknowledge your understanding before applying.
Our Mission
Our goal is to provide a safe, stable, and respectful living environment where each resident can focus on personal growth, maintain stable housing, and work toward individual goals within a supportive community.
General House Rules
- Respect Others: Treat all residents, staff, and guests with courtesy and respect at all times.
- No Violence or Threats: Any form of physical or verbal abuse, intimidation, or threats may result in immediate removal from the residence. This behavior is not tolerated.
- No Drug or Alcohol Use: This is a zero-tolerance environment. Possession, use, or distribution of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- Cleanliness: Residents must keep personal and common areas clean and tidy for the well-being of all.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. No loud noise, gatherings, or disruptions during these hours.
Overnight Absences (Approved)
Residents may request permission to stay overnight away from the residence for one night or more. Approval must be obtained in advance from staff. Residents must provide destination, contact info, and expected return time. Absences must not interfere with safety or house stability. Failure to comply is treated as unapproved absence.
Unapproved Absences
Failure to return as scheduled or leaving overnight without prior approval is not permitted and will result in corrective action, up to and including discharge from the residence.
Overnight Guests
Overnight guests are prohibited unless pre-approved in writing by staff. All approved guests must leave by 10:00 PM.
Weapons
Possession of firearms, illegal knives, or any weapon intended to cause harm is strictly forbidden.
Personal Belongings
- Storage: Each resident will be assigned personal storage space. Do not tamper with others' belongings.
- Food: Personal food items must be labeled. Shared items must be divided fairly.
- Valuables: Aguise Supportive Living is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Residents are responsible for securing their belongings.

Aguise Supportive Living offers safe and comfortable housing for adults. We are not a licensed healthcare, nursing, or counseling facility. Residents and their families should be aware that all medical, mental health, and personal care needs must be arranged independently. Our team does not diagnose, treat, or supervise medical or psychiatric conditions. Admission is contingent upon residents being able to live safely in a supportive, non-medical group environment.
